The Latino Chamber of Commerce of East Tennessee (LCCT) has created a Job Bank Program to serve as a link between employers and employees. Companies looking to fill positions can post or send to the Chamber job announcements, including description of the job requirements, duties, salary, benefits, etc. In turn, those seeking a job can post a resume online completely free through this program. So the LCCT Job Bank matchmaking activity is now here to serve well to both employers and employees.
